Case contributed by: Dr Praveen Jha

Presentation:

A male chronic smoker presents with recurrent chest pain and dyspnea.

Patient Data:

Age: 20
Gender: Male
Race: Indian/Pakistani

Marked myocardial hypertrophy of left lateral ventricle is seen, with marked myocardial thickening at apex, and significant narrowing during systole.
