Aqueduct stenosis and third ventriculostomy

Third ventriculostomy is present with obvious flow seen both on conventional images and more importantly CSF flow studies.
Ventricular size is slightly enlarged. Relatively distended aqueduct with web-occlusion distally is present with no flow seen through it.
Stable scattered bilateral foci of FLAIR abnormalities. Right frontal endoscopic tract and the relevant changes.No further abnormalities or significant change.
