The patient is on dialysis.

Age: 45 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Tram track arterial calcification along lower limb arteries.

Also noted, fracture of 2nd and 3rd metatarsals since 2 months.

Case Discussion

This case shows the typical appearance of arterial calcifications in lower limb. This is due to atherosclerosis, which is accelerated in this patient on chronic dialysis.
