Atypical renal cyst

Left renal cyst with peripheral calcifications and a small enhancing laterocaudal mural nodule. Large simple lower pole cyst on the right.
Case Discussion:
Renal cysts with enhancing portions, however small, must be considered malignant until proven otherwise.
