Autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease
Presentation:
Long history of renal impairment.
Patient Data:
CT scan demonstrates innumerable cysts in both kidneys and liver. The right kidney is displaced inferiorly by the markedly enlarged liver. On the left, a renal transplant has been performed.
Case Discussion:
Typical appearances of autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD) with characteristic marked involvement of the liver.
