Patient Data

Age: 20 years
Gender: Male

External fixator screw noted in the proximal tibial shaft.

Undisplaced avulsion fracture of the lateral femoral epicondyle at the expected location of the proximal attachment of the lateral collateral ligament.

Knee joint effusion noted.

Fragmentation at the tibial tuberosity is likely long-standing and related to previous Osgood-Schlatter's disease.
