Presentation

Right shoulder instability after several anterior dislocations.

Patient Data

Age: 22
Gender: Male
mri

Glenoid labral tear at 6-12 o'clock. It is associated with small bone fragment of the anterior surface of glenoid and Hill Sachs lesion of the humeral head. The tendons of the rotator cuff are normal. There isn't joint effusion.
