Presentation
3-4 months left sided neck lump associated with dysphagia and odynophagia. FNA +ve for SCC. Panendoscopy and Bx revealed right and left base of tongue lesions.

A bulky, lobulated mass at the base of the tongue near the lingual tonsil with extension into the valleculae bilaterally (41 x 21mm).
A separate right faucial tonsil mass is present (16 x 12 mm) and involves the left faucial tonsil in direct continuation.
Lymphadenopathy:
- large bilateral lymphadenopathy (jugular chains levels 2- 4). Right sided lymphadenopathy appears partially necrotic.
- probable right supraclavicular lymphadenopathy (partially imaged).

Staging:
- T4a - invasion of tumor into valleculae (larynx).
- N2c - metastasis in bilateral lymph nodes <6cm.
