3D rotational angiography is the new tool in radiology angiography suite which helps in planning the appropriate projection for endovascular coiling of aneyrysms and intracranial AVMs. It also helps to study the anatomy of the neck of the aneurysms, any side branches arising in the vicinity of the aneurysm etc.
