Presentation

History of shoulder distocia with suspected clavicle fracture due to arm swelling. Associated with hypoglycemia and was large for gestational age. Mother was 47 years old.

Hemihypertrophy of soft tissue predominantly on right arm and leg associated with hepatomegaly and macroglossia.
