An enlarged bicipitoradial bursa is depicted around the distal biceps tendon.
Case Discussion
The morphology and location of the bicipitoradial bursa may change with supination and pronation. The diagram here is illustrated in partial supination. In pronation the bursa may lie entirely on the radial side of the biceps tendon.
