From the case: Bifid renal pelvis with ureteropelvic junction obstruction

Bilateral bifid renal pelvis.

The right pyelocalyceal system appears mildly dilated with abrupt change in caliber at the ureteropelvic junction, with no gross filling defects seen, nor radio-opaque calculi.
