Post ictal.

Patient Data

Age: 25
Gender: Male

Bilateral shoulder dislocation. 

Anterior dislocation of the right shoulder with associated avulsion fracture of the greater tuberosity.

Anterior dislocation of the left shoulder. 

Case Discussion

Seizure is the most common cause of bilateral shoulder dislocation. This case is atypical because these seizure-related dislocations are more often posterior than anterior.
