Delayed CT scan in coronal thin-VRT view. Both collecting systems have two ureters that join distally near the UVJ. Furthermore, numerous cysts can be seen in both kidneys.
Case Discussion
A duplex kidney is one of the commonest congenital renal tract anomalies.
The incidence of duplex kidney is approximately 1%. Of this 1%, approximately 20% are bilateral in nature.
