Incidental note of bilateral lumbar ribs. Lap band is partially included. Otherwise normal examination with no evidence of urolithiasis.
Case Discussion
Lumbar ribs represent a type of transitional vertebral anatomy at the thoracolumbar junction. They occur in ~1% of the population.
