Lucency projected across the pars interarticularis on both sides consistent with bilateral pars defect and mild anterolisthesis.
Case Discussion
As described, there is a defect of the pars interarticularis on both sides of the vertebral body resulting in pain. In addition, there is widening of the L4/5 intervertebral disc space and mild anterolisthesis of L4 on L5.
