Description was removed:
150 ml of Urograffin was instilled into the bladder via the urethral catheter, until the patient was in some discomfort. A spot image was then taken, which revealed no leak of contrast.

Description was removed:
The urethral catheter was then advanced 1 cm in to the bladder. After this, a significant leak of contrast occurred at the bladder neck.
