Brachiocephalic vein thrombosis

Presentation:

Left sided arm swelling.

Patient Data:

Age: 68
Gender: Female
Race: Caucasian
Modality: CT

Case Discussion:

Occlusion with no contrast in the left brachiocephalic vein, the left jugular vein and left subclavian vein. It is also observed extensive collateral circulation.

An enlarged lymph nodes are seen in the left cervical chain (masses - not known etiological diagnosis).
