Marked expansion of the brainstem, appearing centered in the medulla, elevating the pons and effacing the fourth ventricle. It is relatively well circumscribed, low T1 and high T2 in signal with only patchy heterogeneous enhancement.
Case Discussion
Findings are consistent with a brainstem glioma.
