CT selected images demonstrating multiple bone sclerotic lesions involving the vertebral bodies and ribs, signs of left mastectomy and multiple small pulmonary nodules randomly distributed.  

Case Discussion

Most common sites of breast cancer metastases are:

  • bone - 58%
  • lung and pleura - 26%
  • non-ipsilateral lymph nodes - 16%
