Referred from other hospital with right tibia malignancy for work up

Patient Data

Age: 16 years
Gender: Female

1. Lytic lesion right tibia

2. Lytic lesion right tibia (2 weeks follow up)

3. Chest radiograph shows generalized osteopenia

Multiple lytic bone lesions including: 

  • 7th rib lytic lesion
  • Lytic lesions right humerus neck
  • Lytic lesions left iliac bone

The lesion in the tibia shows hyperenhancement post contrast.
