Patient underwent CABG for three vessel disease. Bypass grafts were assesed for graft patency.
Three bypass grafts can be seen which are patent
1. Left coronary saphenous graft - Proximal end in aorta and distal end in left oblique marginal artery.
2. Right coronary saphenous graft - Proximal end in aorta and distal end in right coronary artery.
3. Left internal mammary graft - Left internal mammary artery joining the Left anterior descending artery.
