Case Discussion:

This patient presented with features of small bowel obstruction and a right iliac foss mass.

CT scanning confirmed the small bowel obstruction with multiple loops of small bowel. The cause was noted as a large caecal mass, confirmed on biopsy as a caecal carcinoma.
