Calcaneonavicular coalition on both feet. Broad osseous bridge between calcaneus and navicular bone.
The axial image shows a complete fusion between the calcaneus and navicular bone.

Case Discussion
Tarsal coalition may be complete or incomplete. The bridge may be osseous, cartilaginous or fibrous. The coalition may affect various bones. The calcaneonavicular coalition is the most common type of tarsal coalition.
