Carotid stenting

Presentation:

65 year old man with recurrent transient attacks in left anterior cerebral circulation.

Modality: DSA (angiography)

Case Discussion:

There is >90% stenosis of the left proximal internal carotid artery. There severe stenosis of the proximal external carotid artery on left side.

Post stent a patent ICA lumen is established.
