Cephalosporin induced pseudolithiasis of gall bladder

Case Discussion:

7 yrs / Boy.  Dengue fever diagnosed on day of USG.

1st Image - Calculi in GB with wall oedema. Pt was on cephalosporin group of drugs before USG was done.

2nd image - 1 wk after discontinuation of drugs.

3rd and 4th images : Another patient. Images 30 days apart.
