MRI scan reveals nodular, and ring-enhancing lesions with prominent perilesional edema
The lesion in the corticomedullary junction of the right frontal reveals a ring-enhancing with eccentric target sign on postcontrast T1-weighted.

The lesion in the corticomedullary junction of the right frontal reveals a ring-enhancing with eccentric target sign on T1C+ (yellow arrow).
Case Discussion
The multiple lesions demonstrate nodular and ring-enhancing at the right frontal lobe and cerebellar. The lesion in the corticomedullary junction of the right frontal reveals an eccentric target sign. These imaging features in HIV patients consistent with cerebral toxoplasmosis.
