Cervical meninigioma

Presentation:

19 year old male with right upper limb paresthesias and weakness.

Modality: MRI

Case Discussion:

MRI of cervical spine reveals an intradural extramedullary mass along the right side at the level of C1 and C2 vertebra compressing and displacing the cord. There were no feauteres of myelomalacia.

histopathology confirmed meningioma.
