Patient with difuse abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting. Abnormal liver function.

Patient Data

Age: 90 years
Gender: Female

Without Contrast

ct

Distended gallbladder  with intraluminal lithiasis. Dilatation of  intra and extra hepatic bile ducts. Choledocholithiasis with 9mm. Small densification of the  surrounding soft tissues.
