Patient with difuse abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting. Abnormal liver function.

Age: 88
Gender: Female
Race: Caucasian

Without Contrast

Modality: CT
  • Distended gallbladder  with intraluminal lithiasis.
  • Dilatation of  intra and extra hepatic bile ducts.
  • Choledocholithiasis with 9mm.
  • Small densification of the  surrounding soft tissues.
