A small (about 1 cm) well-defined cyst is seen at the right choroid fissure (incidental finding).
Case Discussion
The choroidal fissure cysts may simulate intraparenchymal cysts on axial images but their extra-axial location was well portrayed on the coronal images.
Usually, these cysts are discovered incidentally.
