Right frontoparietal isodense subdural hematoma compressing the right cerebral hemisphere with sulcal effacement.
Compression of the right lateral ventricle and midline shift measuring about 10mm.
Case Discussion
Large isodense collection in the subdural space of the right cerebral hemisphere, in keeping with a subacute subdural hematoma, causing significant mass effect and midline shift.
