Rounded hyperdense lesion at the foramen of Monro without (at least at present) evidence of obstructive hydrocephalus.
Case Discussion
Appearances are characteristic of a colloid cyst. Whether or not it is responsible for the headaches which prompted imaging is uncertain, although these lesions can result in sudden obstruction to ventricular outflow, acute hydrocephalus and sudden death.
