Hydrocephalus of the lateral ventricles with a hyperdense rounded lesions at the foramen of Munro consistent with a colloid cyst.

The colloid cyst easily seen on CT is far less obvious on MRI. It is most easily seen on sagittal T1.
Case Discussion
This case of a 40-year-old woman with a colloid cyst causing obstructive hydrocephalus was subsequently histologically proven. Imaging appearances are pathognomonic.
