Presentation:

Moderate pain and swelling of the right lower leg. Vascular malformation first detected by colour-coded duplex sonography.

Patient Data:

Age: 55
Gender: Male
Race: Caucasian

Nidus of multiple av shunts in the distal lower leg with precocious venous enhancement and venous pooling.
