Coracoclavicular ligament avulsion of conoid tubercle of the clavicle. Acromioclavicular joint widening.

Case Discussion

If the coracoclavicular ligament holds, then either the coracoid process of the scapula will fracture or the conoid tubercle of the clavicle (like in this case) will be avulsed.
