Cystic duct calculus

Presentation:

65 / F. Right upper quadrant pain and vomiting - 2 days.

Modality: Ultrasound

Case Discussion:

A tiny calculus ( 2 - 2.5 mm ) is seen in distal end of cystic duct. Hepatic duct and common bile duct are not dilated.

Gall bladder shows overdistension ( 12.5 cm long axis ).

No calculi in gall bladder.
