Case Discussion
The patient has chronic renal failure and his blood sodium level is 121 mEq/L. Hyponatremia is one of the causes of lesions of the corpus callosum. Also, cytotoxic lesions of the corpus callosum have been found in association with antiseizure medication, metabolic disorders, infections (influenza, Covid-19 etc.), CNS tumors and other entities.
