Presentation:

10 weeks old baby girl presented with cyanosis

Modality: X-ray

Case Discussion:

Frontal chest radiograph demonstrates increased pulmonary vascularity. The differential diagnosis keeping in mind the patient is cyanotic would include TGA, truncus arteriosus, TAPVR and single ventricle. 

On echocardiography (not shown) d-TGA was confirmed with the aorta anterior to the pulmonary artery, o'clock and 5 o'clock respectively. 

The patient under went Jatene arterial switch procedure.
