Young child presented with epilepsy.

Gender: Male
ct

There is hypoplasia of inferior vermis. The fourth ventricle is slightly enlarged and communicating dorsally with enlarged cisterna magna through a slit like opening creating characteristic ''key hole'' deformity suggestive of Dandy Walker variant.
