Deep brain stimulator inserted 10 days previously for treatment of tremor. Tremor improved, but severe headache and strange neurological symptoms including paresthesia.

Two metallic wires traverse the cranium anteriorly with their tips in the deep grey matter. This is a deep-brain stimulator.
