Presentation

Cough and rhinorrhea.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Female
x-ray

Heart shifted to the left and the right heart outline is obscured.

Increased opacity in the medial right lower zone is due to obliquity of the chest wall causing increased thickness of the soft tissues. Lungs otherwise appear normal.

Relatively vertical anterior rib alignment compared to the relatively horizontal posterior ribs.
