Unusual intermittent left hemisensory symptoms ? seizure

Patient Data

Age: 40
Gender: Female

Gross developmental venous anomaly of almost the entire right hemipshere as compared with the left. Note the paucity of right cortical veins on the MRV (except for a prominent anastomotic vein of Trolard) and the plethora of enhancing draining veins on the right entering enlarged subependymal veins.
