Heart sited in the right thoracic cavity.

Stomach bubble left subdiaphragmatic space.

Case Discussion

Anatomical variant of dextrocardia.   The stomach gas is normally sited on the left indicated this is isolated dextrocardia as opposed to situs invertus.
