Loss of lumbar lordosis. L2/3: posterior midline disc protrusion compressing the dural sac anteriorly. Disc bulges in L3/4 and L4/5 levels. L5/S1 spondyloarthrosis associated with right subarticular/foraminal disc protrusion and further stenosis of the vertebral canal.
Case Discussion
Case illustrating typical lumbar disc bulges and disc protrusions, particularly causing significant dural sac compression at L2/3 and L5/S1.
