Distal femoral osteosarcoma complicated by pathological fracture

Presentation:

Acute thigh pain.

Patient Data:

Age: 13 years
Gender: Female

Expansile, destructive lesion affected the distal femoral shaft with a pathological fracture. Periosteal reaction (with Codman's triangle). Associated soft tissue component.
