Syncope and left facial numbness.

Gender: Female

Right cerebral hemiatrophy. Remarkable thickening of the skull vault, enlargement of right part of frontal and sphenoidal sinuses and elevated right petrous ridge.

The brain MRI findings demonstrate characteristics of Dyke-Davidoff-Masson syndrome:
