Encysted hydrocele of spermatic cord

Presentation:

RIght scrotal swelling - Few yrs.

Patient Data:

Age: 8
Gender: Male
Race: Asian
Modality: Ultrasound

Case Discussion:

Right scrotal sac shows encysted fluid collecion with internal echoes.
It displaced right testies inferiorly.
Superiroly, lesion appears to enter distal end of spermatic cord.



- Findings favour encysted hydrocele of cord.
