Chest CT without contrast (November 2012):
Mainly adipose tissue density is visible in the left upper lobe bronchus and in the branch to the anterior segment with corresponding distal parenchymal atelectasis.

Chest CT without contrast (December 2014):
Follow up after left upper lobectomy. Normal trachea and the bronchial branches in the lower left lung lobe. A small focal pleural fat herniation noted
