Contrast material is seen to communicate with the excluded part of the aneurysm at the junction of the distal left common iliac artery and the left limb of the graft.
Case Discussion
Endoleak is one of the most common complications of post-endovascular aneurysm repair. This case demonstrates a type Ib endoleak. Possible explanations are device migration and/or unsuitable graft.
