Modality: Ultrasound

Transvaginal ultrasound demonstrates a mass within the endometrial cavity. Colour Doppler shows the vascular stalk, confirming that this is an endometrial polyp. The coronal reconstruction performed in this case nicely demonstrates the polyp as a discrete mass.
